Windows live download or how to set up hotmail push?

Sorry, I have done some searching but cannot find a download for windows live mobile. I have been told you can set up hotmail to push. I have gone to microsoft mobile website for more info and all it does is send me a link to the mobile msn website. Any help would be appreciated.

My info ATT 8525 running official wm6 rom.
