Trying to use a wav for the alarm tone

Ok, got a wav that I used on a previous rom as my alarm tone.

now when I try to use it (dutty 22nd) it will not let.

When I select it in the list of sounds it always goes back to "default"

The strang this is i have used it before...

Any ideas guys?

As someone who just got done attacking me for providing excellent points for why another thread should not exist, here you go creating another thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=394291) just like it... shame on you and your entire family line.
