How to install the s600 touch.dll?

ive heard about a touchscreen driver that fixes the bug with the video part of the cpu. the bad thing is i dont know how to install that dll into the rom? how to
do that? is it dangerous?

You have to have HardSPL installed and reflash your ROM. See the sticky in the Niki Upgrading section.
