SPB Mobile Shell on Kaiser

I have one question to the master of xda. When i install SPB Mobile Shell on Kaiser, it look's working very well, very fast and no time to wait when i use it. I don't know but my question is if there are a "generic" 2D driver in. If yes, can i use this drive with windows mobile directly with out using SPB Mobile Shell ??? :confused:

Though I'm but a humble noob of XDA, I know the smoothness of SPB Mobile Shell has nothing to do with drivers. It's just a matter of how the software and GUI is written. You will see some ROMs are faster than others when it comes to performance (like 2D operations).
