Atom V Wifi Utility

I am using MWg Atom V and I cannot find "wifi utility" icon in my phone. is there any software for that?

What do you mean by "wifi utility"?
I guess would be:
Start -> Setting -> Connection -> WiFi

Just copy this and paste at windows/start menu/programs, then goto start>program to launch it.
