Did you mean to browse a Portable HD?Only if BTooth or Wifi is buildIn.
There are a lot of solutions to acess external resources, but a direct connection per USB-wire...Nono...WinMob got no USB Hostingfunctions..

Actually, WinMob as you call it HAVE USB host functions, but unfortunately our KAISERS doesn't have the hardware needed, just HTC ExtUSB...

I'm waiting for the DIAMOND, which has USB host

I used remote desktop mobile to access to my PC. I also set up a DNS so that I can connect it through wifi. With this program, I can have total control of my PC through my At&T tilt.

Is there a software that would recognize an external hd connected to a Kaiser? I do have an Passport that has a lot of info on it. I guess 8GB memory card is not enough. Thnx

Lol, i guess when you connect it, your battery will be fast at 0%. A harddrive askes allot power, the most energy goes to spin the drive.

read the quote i posted on other topic

Windows Mobile does support this function. I've seen it on the Toshiba Portege G900 (http://www.teledynamics.com.my/products/pc/products_pda.asp) Maybe running a Hdd would kill the battery rather quickly but a 8GB or 16GB memory card should be fun :D
