Hi,
Anybody experienced issues when launching BuildOS. Screenshot is attached.

No. Probably will have to use precooked ROM which I tried to avoid.

I'll keep searching. It worked a few months ago when I used Pandoras 9.1b kitchen and now all of a sudden nothing shows up.

There are few ways to cook,
1 way [the way that pandora kitchen works] is that every packgae have an option.xml inside the directory and than you may or may not choose to include the package.
the 2nd way is just putting the packages you want in the right folder and then buildos just merge them to the rom....
that's it. [and that way you don't see the packages and can't choose....]

If there are no option files for the packages in the kitchen, the Build OS window will look empty.
Try adding some packages from Pandora and see if you get a check box. If you do, then your kitchen is well and good.
Also, just build the OS and test and see if you are missing anything!
Most likely you have a good working kitchen, if you dont see any errors after running build OS.
