Yes, I can see your point but I'm just offering an alternative if you choose to do so. The lower half picture of the Today Screen is part of the .tsk Theme and doesn't have to be installed. You can use my Touch Commander skins with any background.

Some people like a clean Today Screen with minimal clutter and some like it loaded to the max. Thats the beauty of WM6, you can change it up to your own personal delite....

Post your Screen and show us how you like it and tell me what you would like to see in a Skin or Theme.

Sorry to say that these skins are made specifically for Touch Commander 3.1.. I know you can get HTC home for free w/ quite a few more options throughout this forum and I'm sure someone can adapt these skins for a HHC pack or something like that...

Thanks, I'm not sure about these working on a RealVGA device as I don't have one. Perhaps someone out there can elaborate. There is a setting in the XML file that looks like this; <SkinInfo forVGA="0" so I guess if you change the "0" to a "1" it might have some effect.

very good work , but I prefer colored screen (like iphone Pamas from HTC Home) , your UnRavel is very nice I love it , if you make the same in Green , sure I'll use it , I like the way you use the icons (Home , Weather ) it is a very good idea

I have TouchCommander for testing and I have installed your manilla clock , Icon Iphone-Pamas and I have hidden mail button and enlarge the button on the Iphone theme from TouchCommander

I have made some requests to the support : sliding like a cube , availabilty of adding tabs , progression bar in Music Tab , I have changed the program for touchFlo (using Slither2006's cube) and perhaps I have to change to launchManager (but not free this one) , little changes in the xml to hide mail button , and changes in the icons and their places

For the weather : it is very poor to use Gismeteo for me because only 4 towns in gismeteo for Belgium) , and I think there is a bug about temperature (actual shown is not between Low and High)

Thank you for your comments, have you tried the touch commander beta yet? (A little to buggy for my Tilt but there is some good stuff) I'll see what I can do about a green skin.

The only difference I have seen with most HTC Home icons is when selected the Icon gets a little bigger. Is this what you prefer?

I see what you mean... I tried to change the theme text colors to compensate for that exact reason. Some do look really amazing but you have to try them out and see if they work for you.

EDIT: I found the .tsk file on your website and applied but the Digitalmatt Black TC skin is not the same look as it is in your post :(

I have modified the DigitalMatt Black to a more transparent background and changed up the bottom bar. This skin works with about any background but it seemed to work the best with that theme.

This is all I have herd from TC Support and it was only about Multi Page Changer (Cube)

Just downloaded the trial for Touch Commander and it looks like i'm gonna purchase it. It's great! Looks alot smoother than HTC Home.

Only problem is, with the skins. Do I have to deal with it loading for like 10 seconds everytime I pull out the keyboard? :( Skins look great, would hate to have to do without them

Try the beta as it has options to speed it up and there is the cube effect when using touch.. Although it uses more memory. I like TC for the same reason....

Already downloaded and installed..... I haven't heard anything about adding tabs but it would be nice. I would also like to have a few more choices with the player as I use CorePlayer.

After downloading Zip file, Extract the MobileMatt skin, copy the MobileMatt folder to your device, load skin. Do not copy the folder you extracted the skin to, you need to copy the folder inside of that. i.e. MobileMatt_Geo_Blue\Plugin

Final path should be; \\Program Files\Touch Commander\Skins\MobileMatt _Geo_Blue\Plugin

Being that I have only delt with Touch Commander, I could not tell you what format and how to do it. You can however download my skins and pull out what you like. (Giving credit of course) All graphics are .png and can easily be converted.

You will have to convert them on your pc but like I said, I don't know the proper format. Try a search and see what you come up with as I know there is a thread here somewhere that can be of some help.

The cube still has the default setup but I do plan on skinning that soon. I'm waiting for Touch Commander to upgrade that as it's not really a cube yet. I was told by them that in a future release the cube will have more cube like effects.

Has Touch Commander ran it's course or is there still a future for it? Version 3.2 has made some great strides with touch gestures but the cube is far behind! There are many things I like about it, stability for one, and the ability to skin it.

Skinning Touch Commander has been fun and there has been quite a few downloads but is it time to move on to something else?

take patience , try another product for now (for exemple BatterySTatus is FANTASTIC) and we'll come back on TC next surely

If you install the skin in a different directory than the one that Touch Commander is installed, you will get this error. For example; if Touch Commander is installed to Storage card and the skin is installed to device or main memory or vice versa, this error will happen.

yes i desinteled it and reintaled it with the windows instaler (active sync) on memory card... same problem... :confused:

Yes, I'm confused too! You may need to cantact Touch Commander Support (mailto:support@touch-commander.com) for a possible fix.

That is Touch Commanders battery Status. You can disable, change it's colors, etc....

Start > Settings > System is where you will find it.

I installed Touch Commander without a glitch. But I can not find a way how to manage everything look like it is posted here. With that beautiful clock icons and everything. Help needed please!!
