Dude!!!
Did you not read anything anyone has told you??? Read the F***ing Instructions PLEASE!! Its Simple. You still have bootloader so flash with AP 3.0 and start again. If you dont know what you are doing then stop messing until you do.

flash back to your original ROM first.

Then unlock to spl1.2.

Then flash to AP 3.

I usually download from htc club site. You need to be registered first.

If not, get it from the upgrade thread if you know which variant you're using. There are many version of stock ROM and you must use the correct one.

Irus,
Ive been telling this guy on another thread to read up on all this before jumping in but he went and did it anyway. you cant help them that wont help themselves. he is trying to use SPL 3.5 on his athema so I gave him the link to AP 4.0 and told him to read up on everything first!

The messing with the wrong SPL and Bootloader has killed your WiFi.

If you have a note of your WiFi's original MAC address, then one of the developers may be able to help you. You can only hope one of them is watching this thread :)

lidan25 you are annoying people who have given you good advice.
read the wiki http://forum.xda-developers.com/newreply.php?do=newreply&p=2238472
especially this part http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Athena_AP4_FAQ
which talks about your problem

go away and learn about the problems you have created by not taking the good advice already given

The only thing i'm pissed about is I was telling you from the very start to read up first so you dont screw up your device. the instructions are crystal clear and if you follow them all would be well now. you have done what people were trying to tell you not to. However if you READ the WM6 pages there is a post telling you how to get WiFi back, its quite easy but you need other help. you may as well put the rom you want on first and then set up WiFi again. Its nothing to do with not liking you!!

Look on the label on the inside of the battery cover for your mac address.

I hope for everyones sake yours is on the inside of the battery cover like mine.
On mine, it has MAC:00092DF..etc, also P/N: 99HCN..etc, the IMEI number and also the serial number.
hopefully yours has the same, if so, that is your wifi mac address.

thare is no way to get it like in dos in windows xp you do like IP config and the you get the info ??

If you have flashed to AP4 and you have lost your WiFi, then your MAC is no longer on your device. If you have a wireless access point or router which you have connected through before, then it may have a log or record of you MAC, especially if you used MAC filtering for access security. It would likely start with 00 18 or 00 09 as the first digits. IF you can not find it that way, then if you have an older phone or Nic which had WiFi but you no longer use it, you can try using that MAC. I have tested a wide range of MAC's on the Athena and it seems to accept any vaild address.

Go to start/settings/connections/wireless lan/and click the advanced tab, your mac address MAY BE THERE. if not use the mac off something else you own with wifi not used I guess.
