BMW + Nike Bluetooth

I have been trying to pair my Nike with my BMW In built bluetooth system. It finds the unit I put the pin, make sure there is a tick in the 'hands-free' and click finish. After a few seconds the device resets itself and continues resetting unless I turn off my bluetooth on the phone. Any ideas? I've tried multiple roms (tom's to mary to asia) with same result. I've also tried a piece of software called Jetwaremobile..

Any ideas appreciated...

A option worth trying might be to change the way the phone appears on a Bluetooth conection. Some Roms set their bluetooth id as PocketPC which very few car kits would see as they were looking for phones.

Look at modifying a registry entry.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\Sy s\COD

the default is 5898764 (Decimal) which is "Telephone (Smartphone)" which you would think would work but you could try changing to 5374476 (Decimal) which is a normal phone.

Thanks for the suggestion mate but no joy. I tried it and it still continually loops resetting my phone

I work in a BMW station in Belgium. I drive every day with another one and every day I connect my niki with the car. no problem.
I'm speaking about cars with I drive not cars like E46, X3 or older.
