cant hard reset /enter bootloader, onl softreset

I have the problem that whenever i reset m Hima and press other buttons at the same time (like for a hard reset or to enter bootloader), the device will just turn off.
However a normal soft reset does work.
All the buttons are working withing WinMobile.

An idea what this could be?
