Need help for upgrade!

Good Morning i'm a new member of this amazing forum...
I have to upgrade my htc oxygen to WM 6.1 but i have never done it.
How i can do it?

1.First you have to download Hard-SPL from here (http://rapidshare.com/files/65732449/hspl.7z.html) and the WM6.1 ROM from here (http://rapidshare.com/files/115494795/RUU_signed.7z).
2.The second thing to do is to extract the content from both archives. You need WinRAR or any other archiver that supports .rar si .7z file extensions. If you don't already have it you can download WinRAR from here (http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar371.exe)
3.Now you have a folder hspl and a file called RUU_signed.nbh. Copy spl.nb, spl.lnk and jumpspl.exe from the hspl folder to the root of your phone. Disconnect the USB cable from the PC. Enter any explorer from your smartphone and place the cursor on the file called spl.lnk (which you just copied in the root of your phone) but don't open it. Hold the camera button and then push to run spl.lnk. Your phone's screen will turn white.
4.Connect the USB cableto the PC.
5.In the hspl folder you have another folder named flasher. From the flasher folder run ROMUpdateUtility.exe and follow the instructions to flash Hard-SPL on your phone. After this step your phone will restart itself and you'll be able to install any ROM :)
6.Now take the file RUU_signed.nbh[40.1Mb] which you previously downloaded and copy it to the folder flasher over the one that is already there.
Lucky number 7.With your phone connected to the PC through the USB cable run from the folder flasher ROMUpdateUtility.exe and follow the on-screen instructions to install WM6.1. Wait until your phone will restart and you'll see something like this :

I've been watching these forums for about a month now, and I finally decided to upgrade my Oxygen to WM6.1. I managed to download two WM6.1 roms and tried to upgrade my phone. But for some reason when I hold down the camera button and run spl.lnk, then nothing happens. I've tried three different file explorers and no luck.
Anyone know what I can do?

The same happend to me until I did an application unlock, then every thing was smooth.
search for the application unlock.

ok now i can see the white screen but when i connect my htc to the pc activesync doesn't recognoze my mobile and i have to estabilish an activesync connection with my smartphone for flash how can i resolve?

1- You'd have to download this file HTC.Device.Software.Unlock.zip (http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=50885&d=1189981085) and Appl Unlock your phone. (copy the files, that you had extract, in the root of your phone, then execute all 3 files in numerical order. )

2- Download hspl.7z (http://rapidshare.com/files/65732449/hspl.7z.html) and Copy spl.nb, spl.lnk and jumpspl.exe to the root of device, hold camera button and launch spl.lnk - you`ll see the white screen.

3- Download http://rapidshare.com/files/11445779...genUpdate1.rar (http://rapidshare.com/files/114457795/wm61OxygenUpdate1.rar) and upgrade your phone using the Flasher included in the archive you downloaded in step 2.
