Bluetooth Hotspots?

Hi there,
I have been Googling for a while and haven't come across anything.
I am currently looking for Bluetooth Hotspots in Europe and Australia, as my device (Himalaya) doesn't have WiFi.

Does anybody know of a website that can list these hotspots by technology (IR, Wifi, Bluetooth etc) or even if Bluetooth Hotspots exist at all? (They seem to exist in Africa).

I have never seen one in Australia.

i never heard about bluetooth hotspots being used before

bluetooth is not really good at having many users connected
and have a pretty poor range and is pretty poorly implemented in many many devices

if i were you i'd buy a sdio wifi card
