Hi every one.

First of all, NiAx Team (Nikitto & Axl79) want to say thanks to many people. Ervius for his great kitchen, Bepe for his XipPort, Franlov, Epl, Potas, ababrekar, ausdim, and many others...

All versions now avaible. There are 5 versions, the same 4 versions we have in ESN language and RUL Version (Real ULTRA LITE) with only esentials.

This ROM is very Stable and Fast, it´s our´s Seventh ROM. Older releases NiAx 6.0.13, 6.0.14, 6.1.09, 6.1.10, 6.1.22, 6.1.30 were only in ESN (Spanish) Language, so we have many times to correct bugs. :D

We know there are a lot of GREATS!!! WWE Roms for trinity, but my advice is Try this one, maybe one of our five versions is best fit for you.

So some people claim us to make a WWE ROM, so we decide to make our first NiAx in English. This ROM is identical to our Spanish NiAx 6.1.40.

Default TaskManager has been sustituyed by a new TaskManager with more functions, regeditor, ping utility...etc...

Our Spanish Rom 6.1.30 uses Build 19701. But We think this os+build 19213 is stable and faster. We had some thing strange with that build, when the rom starts. So, we proved this build, and everything was alright again. And We decided to use this one, for our ESN & WWE ROMs.

are you using ervius Multilanguage Kitchen build 19213?. If yes, please get the older kitchen, this one have a bug and SMS´s don´t work, and a few things are wrongs.

Maybe, but with this Icon, We can change CommMnager from 12 button to new 6 button style. I like 12 button, but I don't know what other peolple think about it. I proved wrlsmgr, but i did'nt like. So, CommManager.

I'm testing now your ROM...is exactly what I'm looking for, a very clean Rom and for now, fast and stable.
The only thing I really like is not having the initial "NiAx Team" screen. I know is your ROM and you have the right to put in whatever you want, but I always prefer unbranded ROM's.
Any chance to remove it or change?
May be I ask for too much, and may be you think "cook your own ROM", but appart from not having the time, my skills in this area are very limited.

There's a problem with this rom.
I always get error 246 when i'm trying to re-flash my phone to other rom.

but of course, you can run the ROMupdateutility again.

As much as i like your rom, i feel it's not light enough for me.

Doesn't work unfortunately (tried with TotalCommander). Otherwise a very nice clean rom and lot's of memory available.

That's true. You can try to disable this option in Setting\Telephone\Time Zones.

We (Spanish) have got the same problem (GMT+1). We detected this problem/bug when we changed the hour to new Summer Time (+1 H). We don't know if it a ROM problem or other thing.

I don´t have any problem with activesync.... Are you using Vista?.

If don´t maybe you need to do a hard-reset and if don´t work try to reflash. Sometimes, old data from previus Roms remains in memory, and causes extrange behavior of ROMs. It happends to me four or five times, and... after hard-reset extrange things stops happen. Try it....

DOH. just figured it out - the simplest solution (I hadn't tried). Tap the arrow next to the mini keyboard symbol in the bottom bar and select what you want from there.

All languages for htc diamond keyboard are selectables, but you need first to install your language .cab to work fine.... Download from this link

This is a WWE ROM, so we dont want to let files in ROM for other languages in keyboard so... few people use it... it´s better that every guy need some particular language to install it manually.

Now i'm testing the ULTRA LITE and LITE ed.
I have some problems with Parrot CK3000 handsfree: in any moments, the pair process produces a mute in handsfree such as i was talking with phone.
When i'm near of car, the P3600 pair correctly with the Parrot and mute the sound in the car. When i dial and cancel inmediatly, the mute stop and works well. And in other side, the pocket can pair with handsfree. I need delete the pair device, reset the pocket and again pair the handsfree. I try to isolate the problem without software installed, and with other version.
With other rom, this issue appears one or twice in a month, but with this rom, every week i need restore the bt pair device. Suspect about bluethoot driver.

Blackberry connect, Tomtom, Igo8, etc... works perfectly.

I have a Parrot CK3000 (not evolution) and sometimes when I launch Cyberon voice commander, when it finish, Mute remains in Stereo, but if I push once Cancel button, Mute dissapear, try it.

I only have to pair trinity only when I flash, I never lost pairing with Parrot. Sometimes (1 of 10), can´t get sync, Parrot beeps, but nothing happends when pushed Call Button.

So if you find any ROM that works perfectly with hands free, tell us and we will take contact with Cooker and try to solve it once forever in ours Roms.

Trinity is not as good as a Nokia with Hands Free... I Think it´s a little price to pay.. and it depends with Hands Free Brand and Model...

PD: Which ROM is better with Hands Free ULTRA LITE OR LITE?. So ULTRA LITE doesn´t come with Cyberon voice commander, we can isolated if the problem is Cyberon...

I came across this problem before...

I think it got something to do with the WOW SRS. I think WOW SRS doesn't work well in Trinity ROM.

Maybe you can remove it and test the a2dp bluetooth again.

For those who really want the WOW SRS, it can be install as a .cab file later.

A little bit strange your problem, when it works for the rest of people. Did you do a Hard-Reset after instalation ?

I had to do a clean upgrade again. I don't know what caused cam to fail. Now it is working and as I said, this is the rom I like the most.
I am positive that one of the 3rd party apps made camera stop responding.

Since I had never experienced any rom of your and since I am very curious :D, yesterday i have downloaded the real ultra lite wwe..and i like to left my point of view:

I have detected a bug :(.."the beam bug" persists..you can deselect the beam from command manager however if you go to settings->beam the beam is still selected this is a bug already corrected from other cookers..
perhaps you can corrected..

Another bug is "the keyboard bug" already cited..

Love the skins: phone, command manager and wmp are my favourite..:p

My full test are based in LITE edition.
I have exactly same Parrot, and will test Stereo settings pairing bluetooth. The rom that i test without problem was Faman 4.02, but suspect that has bluethoot drivers older. With Cyberon i haven't problems.
Do you release the new rom in RUL only?

I have a Parrot CK3000 (not evolution) and sometimes when I launch Cyberon voice commander, when it finish, Mute remains in Stereo, but if I push once Cancel button, Mute dissapear, try it.

I only have to pair trinity only when I flash, I never lost pairing with Parrot. Sometimes (1 of 10), can´t get sync, Parrot beeps, but nothing happends when pushed Call Button.

So if you find any ROM that works perfectly with hands free, tell us and we will take contact with Cooker and try to solve it once forever in ours Roms.

Trinity is not as good as a Nokia with Hands Free... I Think it´s a little price to pay.. and it depends with Hands Free Brand and Model...

PD: Which ROM is better with Hands Free ULTRA LITE OR LITE?. So ULTRA LITE doesn´t come with Cyberon voice commander, we can isolated if the problem is Cyberon...

I've got problems too and I'm running XP SP2. And I need to make a re-start in my PC to connect to my PPC. I've had problems since my XP updated. I've got problems with my USB ports. And some times, when I want to install a new ROM I can't see USB text (only serial) in my Trinity screen (bootloader mode). So, I wonder where the problem is !:confused:

Same problem here too. I checked 3 different ROMs and NiaX's RUL isn't connecting to ActiveSync unless PC is reset and immidiately after will connect to 3nity. minutes after, or a second trial generates error 0608 (or 0609 I don't recall).

I've had the problem all day and searching for a solution. I've checked and unchecked the USB->PC tick but no joy. USB connection is enabled in Activesync and also on device but no connection. I've even installed the 'ActiveSyncMode.sa.CAB' but still no joy.

My previous ROM was WM6.0 prof and sync'd fine to my Home PC and also my Work laptop. After upgrading to this ROM WM6.1 prof. sync failed on work laptop but worked fine on my home PC. I thought it may be firewall or antivirus at work.

I have read many forums and think it may have something to do with firewalls, security trust on antivirus programs or the registry. Even network adapter.
I've tried updating registry with hkey_current_user/software/microsoft/activesync/EnableNonLocalCrossPollination = 1 (changed from 0 to 1) but no luck.
I've tried disabling antivirus and trusting device address but still no luck.
I've tried adding a specific ip address in Settings>Wifi>network adapters>Remote-NDIS Host but still no luck.

I've gone back to old WM6.0 prof ROM to compare why that worked but not on this new WM6.1 ROM which I think is fantastic apart from this major issue.

the main problem with activesync is your fire wall it does not allways recognise the network that activesync uses ,,check the setings or disable for a moment or reboot

If it's error 260, just leave the phone on the bootloader (multi colour), quit the ROM update utility, then run the upgrade utiliy again with the phone already in bootloader mode.;)

I've tried this and its still failing to connect on my work laptop. I'm using the ultra full ROM version.

I reflashed to another WM6.1 Elegance Rom by Ervius and this works fine.
I've reflashed back to this rom and I'm still getting the same problems with Activesync (as in previous post) on my work laptop but not on my home desktop.

Any fixes?

I had the same with few different ROM but never with PDAMOBIZ ROM - another very interesting thing about PDAMOBIZ ROM's is that they have somehow managed to get a faster GPS fix - not a placebo effect - I normaly get a GPSfix (even when travelling at >100Kmph) in about 60s compared to the 4/6 min. of all the other ROM

I was tring to take some shot with the camera, press the button, hear the sound, view the image and the waiting icon appears at the middle of the screen and never dissapears. Trinity stop working, no button respond and the only way was a soft-reset.
First of all, everytime I want to use the camera, the phone crash and need a soft-reset.
The worst was ALL the photos in the memory-card image folder was deleted :(
Reflash the ROM again, work fine for a couple of days, even the camera, and today the same situation.
I was a little tired of flash-configure-test, and decided to go back to my original WM5, but needed to flash another ROM (Finix) before, because with this, it was impossible flash the original one. Now with WM5 everything is working fine, or at least normaly.
It's a shame because I really like this ROM, fast, clean, just the way I like, but the camera problem was bothered me too much.

Hope others have better luck and keep the great work NiAx. :)

First of all, I want say sorry for your old pictures. But I don't have any problem with the Camera. Really, Camera has been the same since NiAx 6.1.22. Because I've kept, more or less, the same OEM folder.
So, I don't know if it's a Rom problem...but if it's you are the first person who has the problem.

First of all, I want say sorry for your old pictures. But I don't have any problem with the Camera. Really, Camera has been the same since NiAx 6.1.22. Because I've kept, more or less, the same OEM folder.

I know was a very strange problem, but flash the ROM two times and after a few days the same again. It's like whem I used Finix 3.4, I leave it because the "waiting icon" was displayed all the time, even when the phone is clean, with no software installed.
I reflash with the original WM5 thinking coulb be a problem with the camera and may be I need to send the Trinity to service, but at this moment everything is working stable and normal.
Maybe I try flash again in a few days or weeks, but for now I'm testing agai. :)

You can take out the startup sound. Just delete Startup.wav from \Windows folder.

love the Niax roms from the begining it seems to be the more stable and complete rom out there but.... would be possible in future releases of normal and full versions to include a remote tracker program or something like this. Last year I lost my s200 and now I`m very happy with my trinity and still afraid of losing "her" :). I always install a tracking program right after flashing or hard resetting the pda but it`s obvious that it will not stay there forever, in most cases until the next hard reset :P. it`s not a request, I`m just asking if would be possible.

Therefore on all ROMs I uncheck advanced network options, and everything works fine - except in this specific ROM, I get the Activesync remote networking error 608.

Sounds like a PC problem. Your phone should not have that much control over your PC's subsystem.

I'm sorry that did not help. :( I did a search for Error 608 and found a lot about a WIFI card that didn't apply to the Trinity. Other than that, nothing else that sounds like it will help, other than the standard items: Delete partnerships on both PC and PPC, Update all Drivers, etc...

What language are you trying to use with Touch Diamond keys (gullum) ?

It's only for English use. If you want a Spanish Rom with Spanish Touch Diamond Keys, you must download NiAx 6.1.40 ESN...in the same forum.

I did try 20270, and it appears to be quite stable also. Noticed slight differences in Speed, Email Accounts, Clock Settings, etc...

What language are you trying to use with Touch Diamond keys (gullum) ?

It's only for English use. If you want a Spanish Rom with Spanish Touch Diamond Keys, you must download NiAx 6.1.40 ESN...in the same forum.

another strange thing that its happening to me, if i use the WMP and the pda is in suspended mode, it doesnt go to next song... is it normal?


my pda is a vodafone s300... maybe this is the problem....

I've got a vodafone's S300 too, and I hadn't any problem with Touch Diamond Keys (English version, of course). It works properly.

I can't say anything about WMP, because I don't use it. But you're the first one to complain about it.

Maybe, you've to do a Hard Reset and try it again.

jejeje...maybe, but not now. We've been working in Spanish Roms for Trinity, Hermes and Artemis. And now, we're working on to finish a Diamond Rom.

I love your ROM, have the Full Build WWE. I find though when inputting using the reg keyboard, no word prompts come up or auto correct even though all boxs ticked in options, word completion. Wonder if anyone else has this bug and if a way to fix.
