wm6 problem

i have dopod 818 pro after try to upgrade give me boot loader only . i solved my problem but when i try to upgrade to wm6 the set give me bootloader agine i trying maney rom like Prophet_ShadoW_2.0_TE / Prophet_S4V.19701.01_C & Prophet_S4V.19701.01_F

& the phone now work ok with this rom RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721

now why i can't upgrade my set to wm6 ?
