"I would like to know when, if any, new updates will come out for the Touch Dual. I love using this device but I feel it could be made alot better with certain improvements. I know that recently there was a new update for the TyTN II released that included some 2d hardware support. Please, don't leave us out. Thanks, my name."
Firstly they told me it's a branded device and they couldn't help me. At the same time, I got this email from another person on the support team, meaning they read emails, and care.
