Wing won't turn on

I just got it yesterday, brand new from ebay. The seller had good feedback. I fully charged it and this morning, I turned it off with the battery at around 99%. I tried turning it back on about an hour later and no response. Nothing works. I plugged it in to the charger and the light that indicates charge doesn't even come on. I'm taken out the battery and plugged it in and still no luck. I have no idea what to do. I messaged the seller, but I'm hoping there's a more immediate solution to this.

Edit: I contacted the seller and he will be sending me a new phone. However, if anyone has any ideas, I'd still be happy to hear them. Also, if anyone else has had this problem, I'm thinking I might have installed something that caused this problem. So please tell me what programs might have caused this.

Hold the two softkeys, then press the power. See if that works.

If it doesnt, Hold the two softkeys and press the reset button on the side.
If that doesn't works.. well, i think you got a problem.
