need help fixing messaging

I installed cody's threaded messaging but didnt't like it, and I uninstalled it. Now I can't get my text messaging to work at all. I can't find the messages anywhere. Has anyone had this problem before?

I'm not really sure how to flash to new roms, I don't want to end up bricking my phone

I'm not sure if it's the same problem or not but you might want to check under pdaphonehome.com in the PPC6800 XV-6800, Mogul forum.

I had something similar happen to me and the registry was screwed up. Someone was kind enough to post thier copy of what the correct settings were and I got it back.
