Hard reset doesn't work

Hello.

I'm trying to give my BA a hard reset.
Getting in the debuggers screen is no problem but leave it is a problem!
When i set the options right i have to push the mail button to leave the menu but nothing happened when i push this button.
How can i leave this menu and apply the hard reset ?

So for now i can't do anything with my phone because i have to give it a hard reset after upgrade to WM6.1.

Sorry this isn't a solution,but I can't hard reset with POWER+RESET,it just resets normally,but leaves all the rubbish on I'm trying to get rid of,so I would really like an alternative reset method.Help me too!

Just minutes later I found this,which formats BA:
1) Camera + Record + Reset
2) Enable KITL NO
Clean Reg Hive YES
Format Storage YES
3) the action button on the middle of the direction pad
(the action button in the middle of the direction is not working but the button which is is the Message Button)


I had to do this because POWER+RESET doesn't work on mine-hurrah,I am happy again!
