Hi !
I'm new on this forum, i'm a french web developper.
I'm working on a stylus-free flashlite application which will be able to call, send sms, view weather... etc
I don't know when i'll release the first version, but i'll post here my progress.

I give you a first screenshot of the main interface :

The top frame ( clock, weather... ) will slide to view the others tabs.
It will include a dialer, keyboard, mp3 player and some other usefull apps.

For now, the top bar and the diamond-like clock is working. i'm actually working on weather, missed calls and unread messages.

One point now though. If you have it launch other apps/programs (Contacts for example) could you make those links be customizable! :D

I think i'll use a XML file to configure the app. But a lot of features will be build in, like the contacts for example.

Don't forget 2 essential parameters - speed and stability. We had many UI in the past which lacked these 2 things, something that limited their use IMO.

A premiere vu c'est un bon projet.

J'espere que tu pourra te demarquer des autres projets qui resemblent trop à l'iPhone ( iFonz, iTask ).

Par contre, si je peux me permettre, je rajouterai une ligne sur le "today" concernant les RDV/Tâches. Trop de "nouvelles interfaces" oublient cette info pourtant primordiale à mon avis.

A integrated music player like a plugin is very needed in this forum. There are not good today plugins, just a few small ones...
Someday someone will develope a S2P today plugin!!!

hey i'm not dead !
Actually i'm working on the app which will retrieve data from the phone (contacts, appointments, tasks, unread messages, missed calls... ) and send them to my swf app.

I also tested my first working release on my Hermes WM6.1, it's quite fast for the moment. I hope that it will be that fast with animations.

lol...looks sweet. I just realized a few days ago how sweet a finger-friendly flash app would be and was gonna start developing one...yours looks just like what I was gonna do.

Looks great I would like to test it out as well. Big thing is being able to customize it. Like changing the background and what not. Plus I think darker colors like black or grey are better.
