Total Commander, a free File Explorer replacement has been released in its final version 2.5.1.

For all of your who are interested in updateing to the latest version

Windows installer now supports Windows Vista
Let the user choose between horizontal and vertical icon arrangement in 2 window mode
Let the user choose smaller icon sizes: 8x8,12x12,16x16 pixels on QVGA devices, 16x16,24x24,32x32 on VGA
New icons from TC7 for Windows now also in the Pocket version
A few new documented internal commands (see help)

thanks, i thought ARM was a type of processor but wing has OMAP... oh well, if it works, i don't care what ARM means

Yes, I discovered the updated version today, too.

Not really that much improvement, so I didn't mention it,
but thanks anyway for pointing that out.
