What is the difference from Alcaline's build? What programs/features are added? Both are the same radio and OS versions.

The builds are the same as the Alkaline version. from the images I cant find any differences. Can you please update with what has changed since the alkaline build? or is it just the same but by someone else?

The build installed great and works BUT, the ENTIRE bluetooth area is in Chinese still. Also the date format is in chinese as well as the VoiceMail speed dial entry. I'm still playing with this but if anybody knows how to get bluetooth back in english let me know.
