wing speaker problem?

this would be my second wing to have this problem. it stops making sounds completely. it doesnt ring it doesnt make the keyboard sounds no sliding sounds nothing. just vibrates. the speaker phone doesnt work and i cant listen to music. now i was wondering if its something i can fix or do i need to just call t mobile and get a new one from my warranty? id much rather be able to fix it myself.

Same thing happened to me, just called T-mobile and got the device replaced. It's covered as long as you are still under warranty.

It's weird, mine did the opposite a while back. For like a week, it wouldn't vibrate at all, but would only make sounds. My only guess is a loose connection. Mine just "magically" started working again. Okay, I'm going to ask a dumb question, but you don't have the phone muted or any program that effects the volume loaded? Are you running the stock rom?
