boot up from SD?

Tried to put wm 6.1 ver. Ranju 76 on it. Since then nothing happens cannot turn it on, the only thing my universal responds to is trying to hard reset it, but then doesn't do hard reset at all turns itself off immidiately. It seems like there would have been no op. system on it, or the full HD would have been deleted. Has anyone any idea how I could go on, how I could put it to work again, or this was it?
