Hello guys,

I know this question has been asked before so I already apologize for that. My problem is not that I didn't read the specific threads but that the step by step guide of my beloved mr Vanx is down :(

So before I do something really stupid I want to make sure I can flash my Hermes 200 as I hope to.

Basically I want to restore phone for warrenty issues to factory defaults. I use HardSPL 2.10 at this moment and the HTC Windows Mobile 6. Only thing to do is to get SPL back to default.

If I'm correct then this would be SPL 1.11.

What I figured out that might work is to downgrade to Olipro 1.10 then flash the factory ROM again that will flash the SPL to 1.11 from HTC.

Or am I missing something? Hate to bother the experts with this question again but as I said, Mr Vanx guide is down unfortunately.

Thank you for your help!

Ok guys, I just took some 'risk' after reading all I could find about this and blunty took the step forward (was hoping to brick the phone and have an excuse to buy the Diamond :D ).

Flashed to olipro 1.10 (works like a charm btw) and then flashed the official HTC Rom (Dutch in my case) from the HTC site.

It indeed overwrites the Olipro SPL and changed it to 1.03 SPL (didn't expect that btw, expected 1.11). So now the phone is back to factory defaults and ready to be picked up.

Can a mod close this thread? Thanks!
