Pressing End key doesnt turn off screen

well after doing alot of tweaking,my end key wont turn off my screen now.i dont know what i did.but doesn anyone know how re-enable this?like a cab or reg key?thanx

I think after install touch commander and some patches to it. I made a hard reset and did not install it anymore...

i found out that if i didnt not enable dial look up in the today screen it wouldnt work,so i enable it and it works now.
