I have seen many people wondering how to configure their VoIP account on Windows mobile phone. I have seen some scripts to do help, however, I found a good application where you can easily configure your VoIP account. You can download the cab from here

You can also add your friend yahoo, hotmail messenger ID and can do voice chat from your phone!!! I've tested it and the sound quality was not bad. For VoIP, I tested on VoIP Stunt.
