So I'm running into an issue where i have over 20mb of program memory free and when play a song in wmp it runs out of memory in the first 15sec and stops. I've tried 2 different roms, same thing. nothing running in the background either. would this be something solved by flashing back to t-mo 2.26 and then reflashing to wm6.1?

this has been a known issue with some wm6.1 ROMs. I know that my rom would be included in this list with playback issues using WMP. As a result i've also included Audio Manager for mp3 playback as well as video players in cab format to compensate for this issue. There have been some that "fixed" the problem but when i tried recreating there fix it didn't work .
Reflashing to TMO 2.26 wouldn't make much of a difference, believe me i've tried. The funny thing is sometimes the song plays completely using WMP and at other times it only plays the beginning. I guess it's just tempermental. :D

Hello, I have ever one problem like yours. actually, you should format your memory card again as my experience. Then, I think that it will be good as it used to be.
good luck.
