help me
i flash my 838pro now can't poweron when i press power key in three
color screen model
i can't remember what version rom i flashed but when process 11% stop
report 262 error use ruu update
now i can see the infomationg in three color model:
herm100
ipl:1.04
spl:2.10.01ipro


what can i do can save my herm 100

1st, calm down.....:cool:

Now, its good you Hard SPLed your phone. Try upgrading your os with the sd card. None of these communication errors.

1st thing to do is backup your sd card to pc if you havr a card reader. Then format it fat32. Open the installation files, you should see two files, "RUUWrapper.exe" and "RUU_signed.nbh".
copy the RUU_signed.nbh file onto your sd card and rename it to "hermimg.nbh".
Put the card into your hermes and reset. Since it is going into bootloader anyway you won't have to do it manually. This should then upgrade the os. You will be aske to press the power button to update. As long as the rom you were trying to upgrade to before DIDN'T have a radio rom portion you should have no problems with you phone.
