Anyone know anything about hacking/development on HP cameras? Can anyone point me to a forum that might?

I have a *.fwi file, it's a firmware image for the HP Photosmart R707 (my cam). Does anyone have any clue how I might be able to explore it's content? I've tried a couple of things... but it'd help a lot more if I had someone who knew what they were doing.
Anyone want to take a stab at opening up that file?
