I have an 2 GB card.
I want to buy an 4 or 8 Gb.

Which is the best one (what should I be aware of)?

Well, which ROM are you using? Does it have SDHC support?

I have two SanDisk microSDHC with 6GB and 8GB. Both are working fine but I have the feeling that the 6GB is faster.

I use Schap's WM6 Pro 3.54b ROMs (WWE) and probably the newest at the end of June.

This has SDHC support, so no worries on capacity caps. The one you're using doesn't seem to have SDHC support, so it may be limited to about 2GB safely, possibly 4GB with possible file corruption.

I recommend searching Buy.com and ebay to find some good deals. Plus Radio Shack tends to have good deals every now and than, though their stuff usually is Class2. The higher the class, the higher the speed. Find something you can afford that will do what you need it to do. As for size, that's up to you. You're the only one who knows what you use your phone for. Only you know what's best. All I can suggest is that you keep the price in mind. If the higher capacity card costs more than 2x more, you might want to think on it a bit.
