Changing Backlight with Fingers!

hi Guys!

I'm searching for a possibility to change backlight like in MobileShell!
A Programm/Tool, that shows me a Dialog in wich I can select a brightness with the fingers...
I tried Mortscript, but it doesn't work with XDA Terra (or I'm just too stupid?)
Does anyone know a solution?

you can use HTC Home.

In launcher modus. There is an Butten for it.

I would like to use it in Batterystatus! So I don't want to use a new Plugin....
Is there a chance to emulate what HTC Home does?
