help flashing rom thanks

i have done the hardslp 1.6 and unlocked the phone and changed the radio's..
but cant flash the phone with a rom..

every time it say's i have a usb problem,(error 202 connection) the update utility cannot conect to your pda phone. i cant have as i have done the above..
any ideas thanks..

new news got it working with:NIKI ROM MARY v0.3.2 Touch_Keyboard

but it didnt work with: TOM_Niki-Project_WM6.1_WWE_16keys_signed_Ship_s600.exe

I think you only have to extract the EXE in a folder before. Then it should work
