Help on upgrading my 2125

Ok, I did all the steps on Kar Hoe's blog. The very last step to install a ROM, gives me an error that my PC is not reading the USB and vise versa. Am I doing something wrong or is installing a ROM on the Tornado diff than a Kaiser?

USB was enabled via activesync.....Not sure?

No but I fixed my issue.....I removed the memory card but when i added it back on it worked and I installed the latest rom. Thanks though! :)
