my screen hav problem like in this pic..this is screen faulty or rom faulty?

No problem, Its a battery bar. Will go down through the colours and get shorter as the battery power diminishes. Quite like it actually. its a visual aid to determine battery power at a quick glance instead of having to go through menus. Its part of the rom though you can also find it in installable cab files too.
