Hi all,
I've got a kaiser that I've synched with an exchange account and up until recently, it has been working fine. Now, all of a sudden when the folders synch, activesync pops up on the screen for a second which is then replaced with a white box that fills the screen.
From here all I can do is close the box by pressing the ok box at the top right of the screen.
I then just get an error syncronising message at the bottom of the email screen. If I go into activesync the error I get is "You have stopped syncronisation"
I'm not sure what I can do here. I've tried deleting my link on the phone with exchange and recreating it. It then works ok for a day or so and then the problem returns.
Its almost like the white box is a dialog box that needs me to select something but it wont show up properly on my phone.
