I had the same problem, but now it's working.
I've an BT GPS-mouse from NaviLock and TomTom6 as navigation software.

Try these settings:

Start | Settings | Connetions | Bluetooth
- Devices: [Devicename] -> Serial Port {activated}
- Modus: Bluetooth activate {activated} // This Device visible for other {activated}
- COM-Ports: [Devicename] -> Port {COM8} // Secure connection {activated}
- Security: Authentication (Passkey) required {activated}

Start | Settings | Connetions | External GPS
- Program: GPS-Programport {none}
- Hardware: GPS-Hardwareport {none} // Baudrate {9600}
- Access: Manage GPS automatically {activated}

TomTom (navigation software)
- GPS-Settings: Other Bluetooth Device {COM8}

Try with different COM-Ports for HW/SW on the external GPS.
I got it also with GPD1 for the SW-Port and COM8 or COM9 for the HW-Port.
