I flashed Rogers after first flashing WM 6.0 from TMO on my S620.
then I flashed HTC then kavana, then about 3 from rickwyatt.
Only problem I had with any was when I went from Rogers to HTC wouldnt work and had to go back to TMO rom then flash. With the cooked roms no problems

As far as the differences you really need to know...there aren't any major ones. They basically have the same functions. There are minute differences between the two. If you're really interested in the specs, just visit the HTC website and look at the specifications between the two phones.

Just tried to flash my S620 with the Rogers S621, no luck.

Its because the rogers ROM is an Official ROM and does not work with unbranded Rogers Excaliburs.

They are both HTC Excaliburs. As per above posts, there a couple of minor aesthetic differences.

You need to unlock the phone before you can apply different ROMS.
