I want to change the boot screen on my O2 touch cruise (aka HTC Polaris). I'm talking about the O2 logo (the very first one during bootup), but not WM6-logo (some people call this splash screen) or alike.
I'm pretty confused :confused:, there seems to be no unambiguous answer to this. All solutions I've found so far are for other models, and I'm unwilling to play with flashing programs written for other devices.
Is there any, preferably noob-friendly, way to change the boot image?
