Have Tilt unlock codes - how to do it?

Ok, so I called AT&T and they gave me 3 codes:
PUK code
SIM code
Subsidy code.

Now what to do.. Is there a how to on this?

What did you have to tell them to give you the codes?

Just put in a different provider's SIM and soft-reset, it'll pop up asking you for a subsidy unlock code, in which case you should enter code #3 that AT&T gave you.

Or, if you don't have another SIM card, you can run \Windows\SIMLock.exe and it should pop up with the same request for the subsidy unlock code ("SUCK code" :D)
