explain?

i would really appreciate it if someone could explain this to me:

first off im on the newb side, and my eyes are bloodshot from reading about roms and kitchens and what not. i sort of understand it but im not completely sure.

right now im just running alltels latest rom on my titan, and its working pretty good. but ive been about inches away from flashing my phone to either a no2chem build or a dcd.. but basically all i want from those are the capabilities from winmo 6.1, specifically the threaded sms and the changes in IE, like full screen viewing, zooming, and MAYBE tabs? (i think these features are present in these newer roms, right??)

what im wondering: is there a way to just put a kitchen onto my phone and cook in these two features (or someone elses apps that provide the same features)? that seems like it would be much easier, i think...

any recommendations?

the only way to learn for me is to read the wiki because a lot of the people on here will probably use words/phrases/abbreviations you wont understand. the wiki explains it all and its actually easier than reading some of the post. no offense to any posters.

the best thing to do in that situation is search around the forum to see if there are cabs of the items you're looking for. a lot of kitchen components have been made into cabs, and if something you're looking for isn't in a cab, there is most likely documentation on some equivalent alternative
