Flashed, now can't flash again!

Hi,

I flash a hermes with the Schap's WM6 Pro 3.30a after using the unlocker....

I decided i wanted a 6.1 and tried to flash that but it starts, phone has the loading screen of the rom and then windows loses connection and the wrapper craps out and the phone stays on "loading"

wtf?

i never had this problem before.... ideas?

If you have Hard SPLed your phone try the sd method. Works marvellously for me everytime...:D

Thanks for the response... but what's the sd method? and i used the sspl.... should i try the hard spl?
