Can anybody transfer this theme to HTC Home Customizer?

So I was wondering through today screens and I came across a brilliant theme created by mchapman007. Below is a link to get the zip file. I was unable to attach the file because I was receiving an error message. I was able to get several things to work correctly but when it came to the most important aspect, the clock, my artistic creativity failed.

Please separate files accordingly

clock
bg
icons
etc.
