I can't remember clearly, but i think you set it when you first joined xda-devs, right? i'm probably wrong

Click on your screen name, then go to "View Public Profile", then go the "About Me" tab, then click on the pencil-looking object, representing the editing featur,e next to each option you'd like to change. Hope this helps.

so thats how you do it? Makes sense. I always wondered how i did it but i totally forgot.

I have been wondering how to do this for months. Why isn't that in the User CP? LOL
