backup help

i am needing some help to find a app to backup my pda,
i lookink for a full backup (sms,contacts,etc), so if i mess things up,i can turn it back to previus state easily.(noob)
i found the sprite backup, is it good at all ?

I am download today spb backup lasted version. I tryed full backup & i make Clear Storage. Then i restore backuped *.exe in storage card. Cracked version in http://www.pda4x.com/index.php.
