Hi all,
Been browsing the web for a couple of days now in the minefield that is mobile data tariffs.
I guess many people on here use the data facilities on their phones and was wondering what the recommended ones were in the UK?
I don't want mega minutes or texts, but lots of data !
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Get a Three mobile broadband PAYG dongle and us the SIM from there. That's how I do it and it works perfectly.

Thanks Carphead - I'm already 1 step towards that as I have one of those dongle things - you don't get rumbled by using it in a phone then? Don't see why it should make any difference anyway.
Do you just carry two sims around or have you dual simmed the phone?
Thanks again!

As it's a PAYG Sim is the most I ever leave as credit is £5 then I top up to £15 on the day I need to. If 3 ever get nasty about it or rumble it then I've only lost £5. I have a Tytn II / Vario III and I have WMWifiRouter installed on it. So I never carry the dongle if I need to access the internet via a laptop I start WMWifiRouter and away it goes.
I don't make many phone calls or send texts using the Tytn II at the moment because my main phone is on another contract. But when that contract runs out then I'll be using it as my main phone. I've used it a couple of times when the battery has died or reception has been bad.
