I've never listened nothing about Catalan MUI. But, It's posible translate MUI and the registry to Catalan. But it's a hard work and you'll do this for nothing.

Sorry for the late answer.

In the meantime it has been translated by a group of users, even though it exists an official version of WM in Catalan used for instance by the HTC s740 (http://www.elteumobil.cat/mobils/detall/130). Neither HTC nor Microsoft wanted to offer the files of this catalan ROM, that's why it had to be translated manually by users.

All MUI files have already been translated into Catalan, so a Windows Mobile ROM in this language is now possible.
