Hi,
Has anyone got the s2u2 Slide to Answer feature working?
I've got S2A turned on, but when a call comes in, it looks like S2A and the TouchFlo answer screen are fighting it out as to which one gets control... there is lots of flickering on the display, and it switches back and forth between the S2A and the Touchflo answer screens.
If you press the screen, it seems that the TouchFlo is getting priority, as the Answer or Ignore buttons will work, even if they aren't actually being displayed.
Anyone managed to get this working properly?
I'm using S2U2 version 1.03.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Regards,
Ben

lol
That sounds like fun.
I suppose you can disable TouchFLO 3D, although you probably don't want to do that. You might be able to stop TouchFLO 3D from handling calls with a registry edit, although I doubt it...

I have the same problem. After several tries, I found two solutions. The first one is using AdvanceConfig to disable 'phone skin', after restart, s2u2 works properly. But the dialpad is no longer the diamond style. The second one is to install another dialpad to replace the existing diamond dialpad.
But i really love the existing diamond dialpad, so I gave up the s2u2. hehe, really hope someone can fix this problem.

So can you still utilize all the other S2U2 goodness besides S2A feature? If so, I'd happily turn off S2A and keep all else. Though a proper solution would also be the preference.

i blocked the touch function of the screen when there is incoming call. So now i use hardkey to pick up the phone. For s2u2, A_C also realized the problem, hope he can fix it in the near furture

I'd like this answer too, i love so much s2a and the other functions but i love the classical tflo dial pad(i'm a little bit confused about all the tweaking and installing out the box apps that may get in conflict with others!)
However i still think that Diamond will be a superphone in one month or two with all the geniuses around here:cool:

There is another thread with exactly this issues. If you have managed to block the touch screen and just allow the hard keys, how did you do it?

You can keep touchflo3d dial pad with S2U2, just have to edit registry "HKLM\Software\HTC\Biotouch" make a new Key called "Disable4SpecificApp", and inside this another one called "S2U2", inside this a new string wich "value name" is "classname" and its "value data" is "S2U2"
