Automatic profile

Does anybody know why doesn't work Automatic profile?

What doesn't work about it? 'Automatic Profile' will silence your phone only if you have appointments in your calendar assigned as 'Busy', otherwise you won't notice any difference at all.

But if now is appointment with status Busy and I selected Automatic profile, on homescreen if always Normal profile.
