AT&T Tilt no Sound

Hi
I´m from Germany and I have an AT&T from America. I installed the new WM 6.1 german (Teijak_WM6.1_GER_3.28.407.0.rar) (I unlocked it with HardSPL befor)

but after installation of WM 6.1 I have no Sound anymore. I tried to call a friend but I did not hear anything, and he did not hear me.

Does anybody have an Idea what to do?
